Helen Duff

Helen is a clinical psychologist and a psychology supervisor in her 70s with over 12 years experience in her own practice. She is now continuing to practice privately (address available upon request).

Available for adult clients: Tuesday and Friday from 9.30am to 1.30pm

​

Helen is now specialising her focus to only work with:

• anxiety disorders (e.g., panic, generalised anxiety) or

   mixed anxiety-depression

• grief

• PTSD and Complex PTSD utilizing DBT,  EMDR, Attachment Focused EMDR, Exposure Focused CBT and Prolonged Exposure Focused CBT

Helen does not use Medicare funded sessions for insurance or legal purposes

Alan Duff​

Alan is a Reiki Master/Teacher with an extensive background in horticulture, project and clinic management, small business, Reiki, Tai Chi and recently Acutonics®; a healing therapy based on Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, more specifically, applying specially designed tuning forks to the body’s acupoints.
